We work on a flat fee. You’ll get your quote at the very start of the process, so you know exactly what you will paying before you decide to hire us. The only exception is if your case goes to hearing or trial, in which case we’ll charge a litigation fee.
Our attorney fee(s) varies based on the nature of the case, the seriousness of the charges, and the amount of work required. The Rice Law Firm provides clear and transparent fee information during your first consultation so you can make an informed decision before committing to anything, no surprises or hidden fees.

No lawyer can guarantee a specific outcome for your case. While we cannot say with certainty that we can get your case dismissed, we can promise to work diligently toward the best possible outcome for your case.
The majority of cases are resolved before trial via different legal proceedings. Our firm, however, will prepare every case as though it will go to trial; our preparation process fosters better outcomes at any stage.
If trial is the best option for your legal matter, we are fully prepared and experienced to take your case before a judge or jury!
Additionally, it all depends on the evidence and the specific circumstances of your case. Charges may be reduced to lesser offenses or dismissed entirely.
